Each week I use the follow formula to set myself up with a variety of ingredients to use and build bowls throughout the week:
3 proteins
2 grains
2-3 vegetable dishes
1 type of flatbread (roti, parontha, naan or quesadilla)
2-3 flavour boosters.

Chicken Kebabs – I used a simple kabab recipe, and shaped them into discs this week. The best part is, you can also make these in the airfryer.
Microwave Dal – I made chana dal this week, but I’ve only got a recipe for massran di dal in the microwave. Will have to update this soon!
Roasted Cauliflower – the marinade I used is similar to what I use on my whole roasted cauliflower, only I chopped the cauliflower into florets.
Zucchini Sabji – Use this recipe for opal squash (badh) and just swap out for zucchini. Such a simple technique.
